We leave for our Scandinavian adventure in 23 days! For the most part we are all ready. We have our hotels booked (finally), airline and train tickets, and just bought new suitcases.
So far, we know that we are going to the Blue Lagoon in Iceland, just outside of Reykjavik. This is a mineral-filled hot spring that is supposed to be great for relaxing and good for skin too. It seems like geothermal spas are really the thing to do in Iceland.

Riding horses is also a popular activity but we can't do that. Maybe they will be cute like this:

When we get to Bergen, Norway, we have even less of an idea of what we will be doing. Cece will be attending the conference for five days but will be free to explore in the evenings. For all of the travel books we bought, it seems like we have a lot of reading yet to do!
For now, back to work!
